At Air Born, our mission is to create the most wonderful experiences and memories. Every student is a star in our eyes and we love to see each one shine bright. Students have the amazing opportunity to learn from highly qualified and experienced teachers in a progressive curriculum. Students will have the unique opportunity to be mentored by positive role models and make friendships that last a lifetime.
Air Born is an exciting, athletic based Cheerleading, Tumbling, Aerial Silks and Dance studio which offers both recreational and competition classes. At Air Born we aim to provide a positive and safe experience for students where they will have a great time, make friends and keep fit. Our program will help students improve their strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and overall fitness. Students will gain confidence, develop leadership skills and also learn to be a team member, which will help them throughout life. We offer classes for girls and boys aged from 18 months through to adults.

Classes include:
CHEERLEADING: Cheer, Group Stunt, Tumbling, Jump Class, Flexibility & Flyer Technique
DANCE: Pom, Hip Hop, Dance Acrobatics, Jumps/Leaps/Turns & Flexibility
TUMBLING: Beginner to Advanced classes
AERIAL SILKS: Beginner to Advanced classes.
PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM: Pom Pom Tots, Tumble Tots, Ninja Tots & Daytime Playtime
Air Born Cheerleading was established by Head Coach Emma Slater (Holder) in 2009. Originally based in community centres in the Illawarra's Northern Suburbs, we now have our own facility located in Woonona.
Air Born has won over 40 National Titles and has competed at the IASF World Championships four times in 2010 (Pom & Hip Hop), 2012 (Pom, Hip Hop & Jazz), 2014 (Pom) & 2019 (Pom)
Air Born has been selected 3 times to represent Australia at the ICU World Championships in 2010 (Team Cheer Pom), 2012 (Team Cheer Pom & Doubles Pom) and 2014 (Team Cheer Pom). Having placed in the top 10 in the World twice in 2012 and 2014.
Air Born Cheerleading continues to prove to be one of Australia’s most successful Cheerleading and Dance clubs, winning multiple titles at the State & Australian Championships each year.
